Shipping Policy
At Fresh Inhale Smoke, we strive to ship all in-stock orders placed before 3:00 PM EST on the same day. However, there may be situations where it takes up to three days to process and ship your order. To ensure your security, we package our products discreetly. In the event that an item is back-ordered, it will be shipped as soon as it becomes available.
We use UPS and Fedex as our preferred carrier. Your initial order will be shipped via Canada Post with age verification, so please ensure you have your ID ready when the delivery driver arrives.
In case you miss the delivery, Canada Post will leave a notice card at your address. You can use this card to collect your order at your local post office.
If you failed age verification, your package will be returned to our facility. For more information, please refer to our return policy.
For our US customers, please be advised that some carriers are no longer shipping vaping products to the United States. We recommend using our express shipping option for faster delivery of your order. While delivery times may vary depending on the carrier and the shipping location, our express option typically delivers packages within one to two business days after they have been picked. And express shipping option has the highest chance of crossing the boarder.
On average, merchandise is packaged and shipped from our facility 1-2 business days after purchase. Standard shipping/transit times apply (3-7 days for domestic and 3-15 days for international).

When offer free shipping on all domestic orders that are $75 and over, after discounts (excluding taxes). GTA area free same day delivery if order before 3PM.
All tracking numbers can be found in the shipping notification emails we send out, as well as on your profile dashboard. In addition, you can also check the status of your order by filling in your order number and email address or phone number. Click here
If it has been more than 48 hours since you received a shipping notification and the tracking still reflects no action or movement, contact us at [email protected].
Fresh Inhale Smoke is not responsible for lost, delayed, or damaged shipments by carriers after dispatch. If a package is confirmed delivered but lost or stolen, Fresh Inhale Smoke cannot be held liable. The customer must file claims with the carrier for any lost or damaged shipments.
