For Same Day Delivery, orders must be placed on our website by 3:00 PM from Monday to Sunday (excluding holidays). If placed after 3:00 PM, delivery will be made on the following day (excluding holidays).

While we aim to deliver all orders on the same day, delivery times may vary between 7:00 PM - 11:00 PM. When your package arrives, you will receive a text message and phone call, Please have your ID ready for delivery.

For first-time customers, ID verification is mandatory, while returning customers have the option to leave their package at the door or front desk, with our driver taking a photo as proof of delivery.

We are not responsible for lost, damaged, or stolen packages after delivery. If you live in a property with a doorman, please provide your unit number for drop-off.

If you failed age verification, your package will be returned to our facility. For more information, please refer to our return policy.
